He entered his first bass tournament at the age of 12 and has never looked back. He joined the ranks of professional bass fisherman at 18 and is still the youngest qualifier for the BASSMasters Classic. By the age of 33 he had already reached 2 of the greatest goals in angling becoming both BASSMasters Classic Champion and Wal-Mart FLW Tour Champion.
